Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that although the State respondents have paid the compensation amount to the petitioners, but the State had not paid the compensation amount in accordance with rule (as per MVA rate fixed by the Government).

The writ petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for redressal of his grievance.

Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
