JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

One loaded Katta and three live cartridges are said to have been recovered from beneath the bed of petitioner for which, petitioner is in jail custody since 26-09-2015 and so far as criminal antecedent of the petitioner is concerned; it appears that in the year, 2010, only one case of Section-379 of the Indian Penal Code had been lodged against him.

; Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Brahmpur (K.B.) P.S. Case No. 284 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar.
