2. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ petition has been filed for measurement of land. He submits that in this regard, he has filed representation, but his representation has not been disposed off till date vide annexure4 of the writ petition.

3. Counsel for the State submits that a limited time may be fixed for the same. He further submits that his representation has rightly been not disposed off by the authority concerned due to the reason that his representation is completely

Patna High Court CWJC No.16748 of 2018(2) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 vague. On the one hand, he seeks measurement of land and on the other, he seeks relief to the respondents to open the entrance and obstruction made by the private persons.

4. In the facts and circumstances, this Court hereby disposed off this writ petition without entering into merit or demerit of this case and if the petitioner is interested for measurement of his land then, he pursue for measurement for land before the Circle Officer, Bakhtiyarpur within 30 days in the light of Rule 23 of the Bihar Tenancy Rule under the the Bihar Privileged Persons Homestead Tenancy Act, 1947 (Bihar Act IV of 1948) under the specified performa under the specified fee.

5. The Circle Officer, Bakhtiyarpur, (respondent No.5) shall thereafter measure land of the petitioner in the light of the application made after completion of requisition within 90 days.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the present writ application stands disposed off.
