JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-01-2020 Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bochahan P. S. Case No. 308 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 323, 325, 315, 307, 302, 504 and 506 of IPC.

As per prosecution case petitioner is said to have supplied the rod to co-accused, by which, the co-accused has assaulted the wife of the informant. There are allegation against the other accused also.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the F.I.R. itself shows that there is no allegation of assault against him. He has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for four months. Charge sheet has already been submitted. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, in view of the facts and

No.1651 of 2020(2) dt.14-01-2020 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-14th, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Bochahan P. S. Case No. 308 of 2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned.
