2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 74 of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 06.09.2025 at about 8 AM, all the FIR named accused persons were forcibly ploughing informant's land and on protest by informant's father, these two petitioners along with co-accused Sakir assaulted him with a sharp-edge weapon and iron rod, causing severe injuries to informant's father and when informant's mother came there, she was also assaulted by accused with iron rod causing injury

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of land dispute, Maarpeet took place. Injuries, allegedly caused by these two petitioners, are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the bail petition.

6. Considering the nature of injury and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Araria in connection with Mahalgaon P.S. Case No. 154 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
