2. The show cause of Bihar State Financial Corporation served to the petitioner in the year 2023. The documents on record filed by 'the BFSC' was disputed by the petitioner which forced this Court to adjourn the matter enabling the petitioner to put the facts on affidavit.

In MJC No. 148 of 2019, on 23.2.2024, this Court had disposed of the same after having been satisfied that the payment has been made in compliance of the order of the writ Court. The show cause is very clear, the payment calculating the interest @ 9 per cent has been paid to the petitioner with the undertaking given by the petitioner himself that he will not be demanding the amount @ 15 per cent.
