JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Thirty one Gas Cylinders were seized from Pick-upvan in which petitioner and one co-accused Arjun Kumar were found sitting. Co-accused Arjun Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail whereas petitioner is in jail custody since 18.12.2015 Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran in connection with Sahodara P.S.Case No. 85 of 2015.
