The petitioner is languishing in custody since 09.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 461 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
From grocery shop of the informant theft was committed.
The name of the petitioner during investigation sprang up thereafter who confessed his guilt.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from possession of the petitioner, a statement to that effect has been made in paragraph no. 10 of the petition and the petitioner is accused in one other case apart from the present one in which he is on bail.

Case No. 197 of 2014.
