JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One Raju Kumar Gupta was caught while he was carrying sprit and country-made liquor in his vehicle and the aforesaid Raju Kumar Gupta disclosed that the seize sprit and liquor had been brought by him from the petitioners. Petitioners do not have any criminal antecedent and co-accused, Raju Kumar Gupta has already been granted privilege of bail by a coordinate bench of this court.
Accordingly, petitioners named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Barauli (Madhopur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 125 of
