JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-06-2022 The present writ petition has been filed for grant of the benefits of ACP/MACP and other increments to the writ petitioner for the period of service rendered by him i.e. with effect from 05.11.1980 till 31.10.2018.
At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be approaching the ViceChancellor, B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur by filing appropriate representation, which may be directed to be disposed off expeditiously.
Patna High Court CWJC No.1387 of 2020(2) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation before the Vice-Chancellor, B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur for redressal of his aforesaid grievances and in case such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks from today, the Vice-Chancellor, B.R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur shall consider the same, in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders within a period of six weeks thereafter and in case any amount is found payable, the same shall be paid forthwith.
