JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner was caught, when he brought some stolen articles on his tempo but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and even if, the story, as propounded by the informant, assumed to be true, then also, no case u/S 414 of the Indian Penal Code is made out against the petitioner.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5269 of 2016 (2) dt.16-02-2016 2/2 in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 180 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-IV, East Champaran at Motihari.
