2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 341 , 323 , 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Under Section 30 (a), 37 (c) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act 2016 .

3 . Prosecution case is that two bottles of Imperial Blue 375 ml each i. e ,. 750 ml foreign liquor and two blank bottles of 375 ml each were recovered from seized car.

4. It is submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. No incriminating material has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State submits that alleged

6. Considering the facts of the case as also the fact that huge quantity of liquor have been recovered from the vehicle of which petitioner is registered owner, prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
