The petitioner is languishing in custody since 04.02.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 66(C) of I.T. Act.
The petitioner was apprehended while trying to withdraw money through ATM. From the possession of the petitioner several ATM cards were recovered.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that nothing on the record to suggest that any withdrawal was made by the petitioner.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12872 of 2015 (02) dt.31-03-2015 2/2 A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sadar, Motihari in connection with Govindganj (Areraj) P.S. Case No. 29 of 2015.
