Petitioner is not named but it appears from perusal of the impugned order that co-accused, Bhola Kumar confessed his guilt before the police disclosing the name of the petitioner and, thereafter, the petitioner, too, confessed his guilt. Furthermore, I find that the petitioner does have criminal antecedent of three cases but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the coaccused Bhola Kumar has already been granted privilege of bail by this court and so far as confessional statements are concerned; except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against him.
