JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-02-2020 The learned counsel for the parties are in agreement that the present writ petition can be disposed of with a direction to the disciplinary authority to dispose of the connected disciplinary proceedings, sought to be initiated in pursuance of the order dated 07.12.2017 within a period of four months from today, failing which the order of suspension shall stand revoked automatically.

Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the disciplinary authority to complete the disciplinary proceedings and pass the final orders within a period of four months from today, failing which the

It is further directed that the subsistence allowances and the outstanding dues of salary should be paid forthwith i.e. within a period of four weeks from today, failing which the concerned authority shall not draw his salary.
