The petitioner seeks bail in a case under Sections 399/402/414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act. The petitioner was apprehended and from his possession, one loaded country made pistol with cartridges were recovered.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in jail since 15.12.2014. The petitioner is on bail in other cases.

On perusal of the record, it appears that the petitioner has got criminal antecedents and he is accused in seven criminal cases. One loaded country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Hence, I am not inclined to enlarge

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8624 of 2015 (2) dt.02-03-2015 2/2 the petitioner on bail in Rajpur P.S. Case No. 221 of 2014. Accordingly, the same is rejected.

The petitioner may renew the prayer for bail after remaining eight months in jail.
