C.W.J.C. No. 1402 of 2002 was dismissed for default by an order dated 07.09.2012. This application for restoration of the said writ petition has been filed nearly six years thereafter. Though there is explanation given in this application for delay in approaching this Court for restoration of the writ petition, such explanation does not convince this Court for restoring the writ petition to its original file.
