2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bhagawanpur Hatt P.S. Case No. 336 of 2024 instituted for the offences under Sections 191(2), 126(2), 152(2), 125, 109, 352, 351 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Accusation against the accused persons is of assaulting the informant with intention to kill him. It is further alleged that the co-accused Adarsh Patel fired upon the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4354 of 2026(2) dt.30-01-2026 2/3 informant which hit on the right hand of the uncle Pramod Kumar.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. The name of the petitioner is being dragged in this case on the basis of previous land dispute. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that general and omnibus allegation has been made against the petitioner. No specific overt act is alleged against the petitioner. The specific allegation of causing firearm injury is attributed to co-accused Adarsh Patel. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Bhagawanpur Hatt P.S. Case No. 336 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid
