In this case, the petitioner has been transferred from Banjaria, East Champaran to Chausa, Madhepura. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is going to superannuate from service on 31.1.2019 and, as per Guideline, he should be allowed to stay as per his choice. Let the petitioner should file a representation before the authority concerned who will consider the case of the petitioner and take a decision with regard to his choice posting keeping in view that the petitioner is going to superannuate from service within less than six months.
Patna High Court CWJC No.16553 of 2018 dt.19-09-2018 2/2 If the petitioner files a representation within a period of one week from today along with a copy of this order, the authority concerned will dispose of the same within a period of three weeks thereafter.
