The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 302, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Considering the fact that during investigation evidence has come that the petitioner is involved in the murder of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant regular regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail of this petitioner is dismissed.
