JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-02-2015 The present application is for bail in a case of misuse. The case was initially registered under Sections 307, 323, 341, 504, 34 of the I.P.C. The bail bonds of the petitioners were cancelled on 05.09.2008 and 07.01.2013. Now the petitioners are in custody since 04.07.2014.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners will appear regularly henceforth. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Adhoc Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 110 of 2005.

The bail bonds of the petitioners will be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6563 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 cancelled by learned Court below, if the petitioners default for two consecutive occasions during trial.
