21.07.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The Petitioner is in custody in connection with S.Tr. No. 620 of 2012 arising out of Noorsarai P.S. Case No. 150 of 2012 registered under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act pending before the Additional District Judge-VII, Nalanda at Biharsharif. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of regular bail. The earlier bail of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 4577 of 2013 dated 19.02.2013 and 10723 of 2014 dated 11.02.2015.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that out of nine, seven witnesses have already been examined. I find no ground for reconsidering the bail of the petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.
