The present writ application has been filed for setting aside the selection of the respondent no. 7 on the post of Anganwadi Sevika which has been made in contravention of the guidelines issued by the respondent no. 2 in Anganwadi Centre No. 278 situated at Manikpur-II, Ward No. 10, Gram Panchayat Raj Shaho, Block-Biroul, District-Darbhanga.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed representation before the C.D.P.O., Biroul, Darbhanga as well as before the District Magistrate, Darbhanga, but nothing happened.

Learned counsel for the State, on the other hand, submits that counter-affidavit has been filed in which clear cut stand has been taken by the State that the proper forum under the law is the D.P.O., Darbhanga, where the petitioner has to submit the appointment but she has not exhausted the remedy before the said authority till date.
5. In this view of the matter, the present writ application stands disposed off directing the petitioner to avail the remedy under the relevant Margdarshika for the appointment of Anganwadi Sevika & Sahayika within 30 days along with the order passed by this Court.
