JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-05-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed renewing prayer for regular bail, which was earlier rejected by an order, dated 15.10.2015 passed in Criminal Misc. No. 46590 of 2015, with an observation that if trial was not concluded within a period of three months, the petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the informant has informed that all witnesses except the doctor have been examined. For the purpose of examination of the doctor, warrant of arrest has been issued by the Trial
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7342 of 2016 (2) dt.11-05-2016 2/2 Court.
Considering the fact that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner, privilege of regular bail at this stage.
This application is accordingly dismissed.
