Patna High Court CWJC No.1956 of 2017 dt.28-03-2019 2/3 Learned counsel for the respondent nos. 7 to 9 is permitted to make necessary correction in paragraph 1 of the counter affidavit.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the Establishment and learned counsel for the EPF. The matter relates to the payment for the contribution deposited in the names of the petitioners. They were employees of St. Xavier School, Gangjala, District-Saharsa and after retirement the payment has been made to them in the year 2017 itself. The grievance has been raised by the petitioners that details of amount has not been given, so either the employer or the Establishment be directed to handover the details of contribution deposited in their respective account.

The learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that the school have already deposited their respective contribution for the period from 2006 up to 2013. Whatever the amount has been earned by them has been paid to them, but the petitioners have raised a grievance about short payment.

Considering the prayer, this Court directs that the petitioners may approach the Regional Provident Fund Officer, Bhagalpur, who will be obliged to provide the details of amount of money credited in their respective account.
