The petitioners are accused in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019, registered under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 506/34 and 328 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing of daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dory by administering poison.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant and they have falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. Further submission is

No.1492 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 that it would appear from the FIR that at the time of occurrence, deceased, daughter of the informant, used to reside separate with her husband, Bijay Yadav in rented house, where she committed suicide by consuming poison but with ulterior motive, both petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case and both petitioners are in custody since 27.11.2019. Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P.S.
