The petitioners are in custody in a case registered under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged by the informant that on 19.12.2014 he was informed by his villager that his daughter has been killed by poisoning. On getting such information, he came at brick kiln
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11216 of 2015 (4) dt.29-07-2015 where he got information that his daughter has developed illicit relation with Sarvan Chauhan and when she made pressure upon Sarvan Chauhan for marriage then he brought her at his village and administered poison in food.
On behalf of the petitioners it has been submitted that the petitioners are in custody since 11.12.2014. Charge sheet has been submitted in the present case. It is further submitted that the main allegation is against Sarvan Chauhan, who is said to have administered poison to the deceased. So far petitioners are concerned, they have taken part in cremation of the deceased. On behalf of the State, it has been submitted that the petitioners are named in the FIR.
Considering the facts aforesaid, let above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Kaimur at Bhabua in Chainpur P.S.Case No. 207 of 2014.
