The petitioner seeks bail in Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the C.L.A. Act.

From the possession of the petitioner one live cartridge and one mobile were recovered.

It appears from the seizure list that one country made rifle and other materials were recovered from the possession of coaccused, namely, Ranjit Kumar, who is brother of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is in jail since 09.02.2014, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13940 of 2015 (3) dt.24-04-2015 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 61 of 2015.
