Petitioners and some other FIR named accused are said to have assaulted the deceased by means of Lathi, but post-mortem report of the deceased reveals that deceased had sustained only one injury on his head.

Moreover, having more or less similar allegations some coaccused have already been granted privilege of bail accordingly let the petitioners above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Akbarpur P.S. Case No. 01 of 2015.
