The petitioner has preferred the present writ petition seeking direction upon the respondent District Programme Officer, Jehanabad to dispose of the application challenging selection of respondent no. 7, Savita Kumari for the post of Aanganbari Sewika for Aanganbari Center No. 200 under Pinjoura Gram Panchayat of Kanko Block under Jehanabad District.

3. Learned Advocate for the respondent submits at the Bar that the application of the petitioner has already been disposed off way back on 21.07.2022. Against the said order appeal has also been preferred, bearing Aanganbari Appeal Case No. 15/DM/2022, which also came to be disposed off vide order dated 08.10.2022. The copy of the order of the District Magistrate passed in Aanganbari Appeal Case No. 15/DM/2022 has been placed on record.

4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the writ petition has become infructuous, accordingly the same stands dismissed. (Harish Kumar, J) supratim/- U
