The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 329 of 2017 registered under Sections 272, 273, 308 of the Indian Penal Code and 30, 38 of the Bihar Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. On perusal of seizure list, it transpires that nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.4412 of 2020(2) dt.23-01-2020 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan in connection with G.B. Nagar P.S. Case No. 329 of 2017, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
