JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, one Akash Bharti was arrested and one mobile phone was recovered from his conscious possession. The aforesaid co-accused Akash Bharti confessed his guilt, disclosing the name of the petitioner as one of his associates and it appears that except the aforesaid material, there is nothing against the petitioner.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bhabua P.S. Case No. 670 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5280 of 2016 (2) dt.15-02-2016 2/2 Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua.
