The name of petitioner came in this case in confessional statement of co-accused persons and thereafter it is alleged that one looted mobile has been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner but submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the seized mobile had not been put on test identification parade and therefore it cannot be said that looted mobile has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-
