The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made an appropriate application before the Bihar School Examination Board (Higher Secondary), Bihar, Patna for grant of affiliation for Senior Secondary School. It is further submitted that the petitioner has filed the application long back but no final decision has been taken, hence the authorities be directed to take a decision.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondentBihar School Examination Board submits that the Director, Academics, Bihar School Examination Board (Higher

Having regard to the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-Board, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Director, Academics to take a final decision with regard to the issue of affiliation of the school of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from today.
