The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of non-framing charge he has not been granted bail for the last one and half years.

The petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 17.03.2021 and he was directed to be released after framing of charge. The charge has not been framed and because of the nonframing of charge, the petitioner is suffering. The trial Court is directed to separate the case of the petitioner and frame the charge against the petitioner within
