The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(a-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. The informant alleges that from the petitioner one country made pistol along with two live cartridges were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case, has remained in custody for nearly 10 months, petitioner has antecedent of 3 cases and charge-sheet has been submitted in the case. Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody, charge-sheet has been submitted in the case, let the petitioner above

No.3341 of 2022(2) dt.26-05-2022 2/2 named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Kahalgaon P.S. Case No.467 of 2021 subject to the condition that one of the bailer shall be his father, namely, Ajay Kumar Paswan.
