The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 1202-2015 on the accusation that in his place, one Mukesh Kumar appeared in written examination of the concerned bank and the aforesaid fact was detected when the petitioner appeared before the officials for interview.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties and also taking note of this fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kotwali P.S.
