JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-04-2015 Petitioner is languishing in custody since 02.01.2015 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365, 372, 373, 420/34 of the I.P.C. It is alleged that accused persons used to abduct the minor girls for the purposes of prostitution. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the alleged girls in their statements under Section 164 Cr.P.C have not specifically alleged against this petitioner though they have named one Dilip Kumar whereas petitioner's name is Dilip Kumar Yadav. Moreover co-accused has been granted bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 10356 of 2015. Considering the fact that investigation has already concluded, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Since the petitioner is accused in one other case, let learned Court below cancel the bail bonds of the petitioner, if the petitioner gets substantially involved in similar nature of offence or defaults for two consecutive occasions during trial.
