The petitioner is languishing in custody since 12.12.2014 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 465, 467, 468, 471, 472, 419 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the co-accused Dhrub Das persuaded the informant to purchase 17 decimals of land for which the informant paid Rs. 4,25,000/- but this petitioner by impersonating the original landholder Sandhya Rani executed the sale deed. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is a lady, investigation has already concluded and statement has been made in paragraph no. 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and investigation has already concluded, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M. Aurangabad, in connection with Aurangabad P.S. Case No. 380 of 2014.
