Petitioner was selected as constable but in course of versification, it was detected that some other persons have appeared in place of the petitioner in written examination and, for the aforesaid offence, petitioner is in jail custody since 23-112015. Accordingly, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Arwal P.S. Case No. 264 of 2015 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Arwal.
