The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sadar (Hajipur) P.S. Case No. 552 of 2019 for the offences under Sections 307, 353, 412, 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case one country made pistol was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 21.08.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has remained in custody for more than five years, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty
