JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Banka P.S. Case No.678 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the allegations, which are simple in nature, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest, he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
