1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Learned counsel submits that petitioner herein was impleaded as O.P. No. 2 in Cr. Misc. No. 11995 of 2022 (Panna Lal @ Panna Lal Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Anr.). It is next submitted that petitioner herein is wife of Panna Lal. It is further submitted that the instant modification application has been filed seeking modification of the penultimate and the last paragraph of the order dated 12.10.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 11995 of 2022.

3. It is next submitted that Panna Lal had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24030 of 2024(2) dt.20-04-2024 2/3 11995 of 2022 in connection with Mahila P.S. Case No. 12 of 2021 dated 14.03.2021 arising from the district of Rohtas. It is further submitted that Cr. Misc. No. 11995 of 2022 was dismissed by and the order dated 12.10.2022 was directed to be communicated to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna and Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna was also directed to ensure that all coercive steps are to be taken to ensure that petitioner (Panna Lal) is arrested forthwith and sent to prison. It is thus submitted that the case is of the District of Rohtas but inadvertently it appears that in the order dated 12.10.2022, the S.S.P. Patna was directed to take coercive steps against the petitioner and the order was directed to be communicated to the S.S.P., Patna forthwith when direction ought to have been given to the S.S.P., Rohtas.

4. It is thus submitted that in view of the aforesaid facts that petitioner seeks modification of the penultimate and last paragraph of the order dated 12.10.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 11995 of 2022.

5. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner the order dated 12.10.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 11995 of 2022 is modified to read as :- The Superintendent of Police, Rohtas is directed to take all

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24030 of 2024(2) dt.20-04-2024 3/3 coercive steps to ensure that the petitioner is arrested forthwith and sent to prison. Let this order to communicated to the S.S.P., Rohtas forthwith.

6. The Modification Application is allowed to the extend indicated above.
