The petitioner seeks bail in Paroo P.S. Case No. 18 of 2009, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is not named in the FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner figured in the case in the confessional statement of co-accused Shashi Devi and Chand Ji and others. Except confessional statement there is no material to show the involvement of the petitioner in the killing of the son of the informant. Shashi Devi and Chand Ji have already been enlarged on bail vide orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33524 of 2010 and Cr. Misc. No. 41537 of 2011. The case of the petitioner stands on the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8786 of 2015 (4) dt.27-04-2015 2/2 same footing.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate (West), Muzaffarpur in connection with Paroo P.S. Case No. 18 of 2009.
