2. This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 20.06.2018 passed by Special Judge, Vigilance (Trap) in Patna Special Case No. 38 of 2016 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 73 of 2016 by which the special judge has rejected the well founded discharge petition.
3. As per the prosecution the petitioner is raid to have caught red-handed accepting bribe.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is absolutely innocent and has committed no offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case under a deep rooted conspiracy.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50857 of 2018(3) dt.13-07-2023 2/2 vehemently argued the case and opposes the prayer for quashing the impugned order.
6. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Vigilance, I am not inclined to interfere in this case which is a trap case and the petitioner has been caught red-handed accepting bribe.
