JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 20-03-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.Case No. 73 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 120B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
Petitioner happens to be husband and case is of dowry death.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that a complaint case has been lodged after four months though complainant and others had participated in the cremation and she died during treatment and he is in custody for almost six months and charge sheet has been submitted.
Heard learned APP also.
In the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.1058 of 2020(3) dt.20-03-2020 2/2 bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Sitamarhi P.S.Case No. 73 of 2019.
