The accusation against petitioner is that he insulted and humiliated the informant, who happens to be a member of Schedule Cast community and furthermore, there is allegation that the petitioner assaulted the informant as well as his son and the present case has been registered under Sections-341,323, 325, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(i)(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
