The petitioners have been arrested in connection with Bagaha (Patkhauli) P.S. Case No. 514 of 2014 registered under Sections 18, 20 and 22 of the N.D.P.S. Act with regard to recovery of 4 Kg. Ganja from the possession of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the District & Sessions Judge, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Bagaha (Patkhouli) P.S. Case No. 514 of 2014. m.p.
