Patna High Court CWJC No.1201 of 2025(2) dt.01-05-2025 2/2 16.11.2022, whereby the work was allotted to L-1, whereas the petitioner was wrongly adjudged as L-2.
2. However, the learned counsel for the parties have informed this Court that the work, which was allotted to the L-1 bidder, is already complete.
3. In that view of the matter, it would not be appropriate for us to look into the procedure for adjudging the case of the petitioner in the short tender which had been floated.
4. The writ petition has, otherwise, become infructuous.
5. Dismissed as having become infructuous.
