Petitioner is in jail custody since 22.6.2014 on the accusation that one country made loaded pistol was recovered from his conscious possession when he was caught by the police. Petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent except the present case.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl.
